The DogTread®  treadmill was constructed to be dog friendly and dog specific to make the training process easier.

PetZen® Products, LLC strives to provide our customers with superior products and customer service. For this reason we warranty all of our products against defects in manufacturing, material and craftsmanship.

Should anything happen to your treadmill we do want to know and would like the opportunity to service any issues.

Our goal is to make great treadmills that will last and meet the needs of your pet. If you have any questions or concerns about your treadmill we hope you will give us the opportunity to work with you.

Warranty products must be returned clean, products that are not clean will be returned to the customer without consideration. If product was sold with any additional manuals, parts or accessories these must also be returned.

All Warranty Claims must include a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which can only be provided by calling PetZen® Products (877.563.5151)

Return Policy

We take pride in our products and we want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase from PetZen®. We have tried to provide you with detailed product specs to help you make a very informed purchasing decision. Please read these carefully before ordering to ensure it meets your space requirements and will accommodate your dogs size.

We do offer a 30-day guarantee, but you must pay return shipping. All packaging must be intact and the product returned in good condition. PetZen® reserves the right to make final determinations of all returns.

Product Returns and Exchanges will be authorized for all shipment errors and faulty product by calling 877.563.5151 or by emailing No products will be accepted without prior authorization and the return authorization must be clearly posted on the packages.

If a return authorization is granted for reasons other than mis-shipment or faulty product it must be done within 30 days after delivery, PetZen® will charge a 15% re-stocking fee provided that the product is immediately ready for re-shipping (i.e. must have original packaging intact and is free of any store markings or stickers).  Customer must pay for return shipping cost.  If customer received a shipping special or free shipping you must pay actual shipping costs for return.

If your claim is that your dog will not use the treadmill, we would like the opportunity to assist you or provide you with further resources.
